Lovely holiday home of 100 m² spread over two floors. There are 6 sleeping places, with one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor, making the house suitable for families as well as smaller groups. All rooms are equipped with a TV – the living room and ground floor bedroom have both satellite TV and smart TV, while the upstairs bedrooms have regular TVs. From the first floor you can glimpse Hørup Bay and Dybbøl Mill. The living room also features a wood-burning stove that creates a pleasant atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a practical guest toilet, a modern bathroom from 2025, a kitchen, dining and TV room, as well as a small back entrance with a pellet stove. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor, allowing the house to be used without accessing the first floor – ideal for guests with mild mobility issues, even though the house is not fully accessible. The layout is functional and well designed, making both short and longer stays comfortable and easy for everyone. There is a large furnished, covered terrace where smoking is permitted, as well as a greenhouse converted into a cosy sunroom where smoking is NOT allowed.
