The building was turned into a living unit when Lincoln Heating and Air no longer needed it. You will be able to tell its age by noting the angles and slight slopes of the floors and walls from settling over 100 years. The only item I wanted to bring to your attention was that bugs are able to come in underneath the bottom of the front door so you may want to look into putting a new door sweep to seal that gap. What makes this stay phenomenal is not just the physical address. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is phenomenal. There was a planned power outage during my stay and the owner ensured I had extra blankets, LED lanterns and flashlights.
