It’s one room with partitions that don’t go to the ceiling that separate the rooms. Villas overlook main road and noise from traffic could be heard. The queen bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Bathroom had tiles separating, and laminate stuck to the wall with tape. Outdoor areas look dated back to the 80’s, the whole place needs a lot of maintenance. Not worth the $400 a night, more like $200 at best, if it was in better condition. Wear a HAZMAT suit if you decide to stay in this "bargain accommodation" or drive to another suburb for better options. Unacceptable that this place continues to trade - since I was too busy to check referrals, I regretted every second of my choice to stay here. Like camping. Cost is high for what you get. Kangaroos running around. Clear glass lets stranger look into the shower and toilet. Needs frosted glass. Highlight windows have no curtains so full light at dawn. TV was not set up properly when we arrived. I had to fiddle with the cables to find the right connections.
