Good location

Posted 17-Oct-2017
Bathroom was less clean than I like, carpet was dirty. Staff friendly and helpful location close to Lourve, metro stations and small grocery store. Exterior was dirty and not very appealing but lobby was ok. They offered breakfast for 10€ but I didn't try it.

Around the corner from the Louvre

Posted 11-Oct-2017
Pros: Close proximity to main attractions
Cons: This budget hotel does not have a fridge or a kettle in the room
Location: Louvre only 5 minutes walk
There have been a lot of mixed reviews about this hotel. We booked because of it's central location in regards to the main attractions of Paris, as we like to walk to things rather than take public transport. We were not disappointed. The room was small but pleasant, with a very comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. Yes, there are a lot of stairs, and a small lift for only one person at a time. This was not a concern for us, as stairs are everywhere in Europe, so you might as well take the stairs and work on your fitness....you'll need it. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, as well as a great little supermarket in the same street.

Great location at a cheap price

Posted 09-Sep-2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Was all good
Location: All major attractions are within walking distance.
For visiting the Louvre, this was awesome. Shared bathroom option also had shower in room (only toilet was down hall). Staff were nice. Five minute walk to Louvre. 20 Minute walk to Notre Dame. 15 minute walk to Chatelet des Halle (sorry if misspelt) train station.

Great location and superb service

Posted 11-Aug-2017
The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the Louvre and next to a great cafe. The room was always very clean. The staff were always there to give us our key and always friendly. They even printed our tickets for us for a show. Can't believe it was just a two star hotel. It was a great experience!

Good location... but some things to know before

Posted 15-Jul-2017 on Hotels
The hotel was in a convenient location - very central. It is right by the Lovre and easy access to the Metro. We walked most places and enjoyed shops and restaurants along the way. The hotel itself was nothing special, but it meets basic needs. Our only issue was mold on tiles around tub- room was clean otherwise. The room was a good size, but elevator is TINY. One person on with luggage fits at a time. There is no air conditioner, but the fan in the room with the window opened was enough to keep us comfortable (early July). There is no secure place to keep your luggage if you arrive before/after checking out, but they allow you to leave it by the front desk. ..just take anything valuable. The last "weird" thing is that you must hand your key in whenever you leave the hotel and ask again upon returning. Overall it is fine and reasonably priced for Paris- but not for you if you are looking for luxury.
