In Berry, 5 minutes from George Sand's house in Nohant, and 5 minutes from the town center of La Châtre and the Verneuil pottery workshops, the Gîte de la Petite Riffauderie is located in a converted 18th-century farmhouse with a gated entrance. The cottage has a private terrace and garden, adjoining another gîte.

Ground floor: living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette (45m²) - 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed) - shower room/toilet.

Upstairs: "pink" bedroom (1 queen-size bed and a cot) - "mauve" bedroom (3 single beds) - bathroom/toilet.

Electric heating (billed according to consumption).

Courtyard and lean-to.

Private parking on the property.
