The kitchen has all the basic requirements but is a bit small for large numbers. The separate bedroom is good for privacy. The third bedroom walks into the second bedroom which restricts its use to close family. Outdoor space and facilities are good although in need of a bit of care - petanque pitch very rough for example - but good fun.
