We stayed here 4 nights in May.
The lady at the reception was always very friendly, including allowing us to check in one hour early, at 3pm instead of 4pm as our room was ready.
The room was nicely decorated with a small private balcony, which was not big enough for a table and chairs. Both the room and the bathroom had nice "old-fashioned" radiators. The ones in the bathroom were handy for drying and warming up the towels. The only toiletry provided was a bottle of shampoo attached to the wall. At one point the shampoo in the bathroom run out, we informed the reception and a lady came in and replaced it.
There was an empty mini fridge in the room, a kettle and some teas and coffees which were replaced daily. They brought us one 500 ml bottle of mineral per day. The fridge did not reach a temperature much lower than the room temperature but was still useful.
We had two dinners at their restaurant Le Parc. The food was good, the service was good and the wine list was reasonably priced.
The hotel is situated in an old tastefully renovated and decorated building and had nice high ceilings downstairs.
There was a swimming pool with lounge chairs in the garden plus some tables and chairs. The garden was beautiful with a statue of a bear. Once we enjoyed the beautiful afternoon by having a couple of beers in the garden.
This is a good hotel with good service, deserving of its' 4-star rating. If we go back to Lourdes, we will stay there again.
