"Our stay at the property was excellent. We enjoyed the amenities--the breakfast, hot tub, sauna and pool, as well as the river access. There was coffee during lobby hours, which was helpful on cold evenings. The location was perfect for exploring North Cascades National Park. There were restaurants, a gas station and a grocery storen next door so it was truly convenient."

"The property was great - nice, clean and well equipped. Nice quality bedding and towels. Very friendly hosts and pet friendly! There was a slight blip of confusion about the number of bathrooms. I had anticipated 1 and ½, thinking the ½ had a shower. That was not the case, but it was nicely remedied by larger accommodations, so all was great."

"Balcony was good and tge room was rstic in design and compact. Glad we switched to an upper room as kids in other's families can be a bit disruptive. Best part is park your car and walk to everything along the street. Price point was a little high for value."

"The Balsam cabin was great! Good location, very close to downtown as well as gas and groceries. Very comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen. The highlight was the bathtub! A long soak after a day of hiking felt fantastic!"
