Close to the Old Course golf and the Browns Club Resort, it's just a few minutes drive or bike ride from the beach, the Casino restaurants, tennis courts, bars and clubs. The villa has been designed to provide a pleasant stay for family and friends. It is air-conditioned and fully equipped with a high speed internet connection. The villa is composed of a large entrance hall leading to the living room with a sofa (which can be converted into a double bed), a lounge for meals, a fully equipped U-shaped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms including a master suite with a study area and dressing room. A laundry room is also available with a washing machine. Outside on its independent wooded grounds of nearly 1000m2, you will find several terraces with parasols, tables and chairs, a swimming pool and its deckchairs, a garden for outdoor games, a barbecue and a magnificent terrace on the ROOF TOP to enjoy the view.
