### Villa Tupi by Villa Plus

Villa Tupi is a comfortable, traditionally furnished 3 bedroomed property located in an enviable position just outside Vilamoura. It's a short drive from the resort's fabulous, chic marina and Falesia Beach. What's more, the Vilamoura Old Course is less than 1 mile away! Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.  
  
Villa Tupi is in an enviable position on the outskirts of the chic resort, Vilamoura. The resort's international marina and beautiful Falesia Beach, are both a short distance away by car. The very popular Browns Sports Centre, is only 660 yards away. Its facilities include tennis courts, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a cross country track, as well as other facilities. There are plenty of golf courses in the area too.  
  
Main pool: 6 x 5 mtr, 1.1 - 1.7 mtr depth   
  
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.  
  
Loule Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over, for the first 5 nights. 50% reduction from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
