Perfect location

We had a great week, perfect location with views over the sea, short walk to the beach and praca. Lovely property, comfy beds and everything you need. Easy check in and late check out was organised with Miguel which was super helpful with young children.

Amazing location!

We had a fantastic stay in this property. Perfect for a family of 5. The location is amazing, within walking distance of the beach and some lovely restaurants and bars. Miguel was brilliant, super accommodating and helpful. We will definitely return!

Amazing beach view property

We stayed here in the last week of August and couldn’t recommend it enough. Beautiful views of the sea, a couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and well equipped villa and comfortable beds. Will definitely be returning

We all really enjoyed staying at this fabulous well equipped villa. Gorgeous views and music from the beach club made it very enjoyable. Food at the restaurants was great. Particularly liked the starters in Well. Great golf for the men and we ladies enjoyed a fabulous treatment at the spa. Would recommend and stay again!

Excellent location we were able to walk to the beach. Restaurants complex nearby. Miguel was an awesome host correspondence was immediate very helpful on all accounts. Would definitely stay again. Relaxing way to end epic Portugal expedition!!

Location was excellant. Surroundings were beautiful. Home was just as it was stated on listing. Please note lots of stairs, would be difficult for elderly person. Loved the multi-level outdoor patios. Great for relaxing breakfast or night cap. Furniture was simple. Glad there was plenty of space to relax outside as well.

Fantastic views

Lovely, clean villa with a first class host. Allowed us to check in early and leave later than usual (which we didn’t even have to request). A car is advisable, due to the proximity from the supermarket, but Uber works excellently here and is significantly cheaper than at home! Would have no hesitation at all in recommending this property.

We were four adults, staying for five nights at This is Seaview. Location and views were excellent. Three minute walk to maybe eight restaurants in the Vale do Lobo. Four minute walk to the beach! The house was very clean, nice linens, and well stocked kitchen. Miguel responded quickly to the very few questions that I had. I would highly recommend This is Sea View.

Great stay

Property is great and very close to beach which is fabulous. Property management team are great and let us check in early. Vale do lobo itself is very expensive and the quality is poor. Go to other towns for dinner/drinks if you want to go out. Taxis are good value or rent a car. Or just chill and eat in on the fabulous terrace with Friends or Family. Supermarket is 15 mins walk with good selection. As an FYI pool club is 30 euro pp in season for the day so we went to beach or chilled on terrace.

Perfect spot on the sea!

Our group of 5 (3 adults, 2 teen girls- 16 and 13) had a really enjoyable stay at Miguel's place. First, the location being right on the ocean is rare and beautiful. The house has 3 decks including a rooftop- all with ocean views. Unfortunately, we were there during unusually cold and rainy weather for March in Portugal so didn't get to enjoy the outdoor seating like we had hoped. Second, this home is actually in a very nice, upscale golf resort with a lot of other benefits including restaurants, golf, pool, if you are looking for those things. Nice to have easy parking for rental car (although a short walk from the unit and uphill- but it was no problem for our group), and an easy drive to all of the beautiful spots in the Algarve. Miguel had some nice provisions there for us that we weren't expecting and really appreciated- meat, cheese, bread, milk and a starter supply of coffee. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy family time. Having a washer/dryer was great (bring laundry tabs or you can buy at the local grocery). Our family would absolutely return to the this region, and we would choose Miguel's house again... maybe with sunshine next time!

The property is lovely and the views are spectacular. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The only thing to note is that pool access to the gorgeous pool in the pictures is very expensive (200 per day for our family of 5). That needs to be highlighted.
