Villa Phi Phi is a traditional and spacious holiday home, recently renovated, ideal for guests seeking comfort, privacy and a privileged setting to enjoy Vilamoura and the Algarve. The living area is spacious and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing and social moments, with direct access to the outdoor areas, allowing a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, en suite with a bathtub, as well as a guest bathroom, offering convenience and functionality on this level. The first floor features three additional bedrooms, one double bedroom en suite with a shower and two twin bedrooms, served by a bathroom with a shower, ensuring comfort and practicality for families or groups. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, designed to make meal preparation easy and enjoyable during your stay. Outside, the villa offers a pleasant garden with a private swimming pool, inviting outdoor spaces to relax and a dining area with barbecue, perfect for enjoying sunny days in good company. Villa Phi Phi is located in a central area of Vilamoura, close to beaches, the marina, golf courses, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a wide range of leisure options. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). The villa is spacious, very well maintained and feels like a real home away from home. The pool and garden were the highlight, quiet, private and perfect for relaxing in the sun while the kids played safely. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals, and the BBQ area outside was great for dinners in the evening. The location is also excellent, quiet and peaceful, yet just a few minutes from the Vilamoura Marina and nearby beaches. Supermarkets and restaurants were very close by too. The house has a traditional charm, but is fully equipped with modern amenities. We especially appreciated the outdoor dining area and the peaceful private garden, perfect for lazy breakfasts and sunset dinners. Each bedroom had air conditioning and access to the terrace, which was a lovely bonus. The location is quiet, but close to everything, beaches, restaurants and the beautiful Marina of Vilamoura. The location is ideal, with some of the best golf courses in Vilamoura just a few minutes away. After long mornings on the course, it was a real pleasure to come back to a spacious, comfortable and well-equipped villa. The outdoor area was just amazing, the private pool, sun loungers, and brick BBQ made it easy to enjoy afternoons in the sun. We also really appreciated the traditional charm of the house, especially the wooden floors and big kitchen. Each bedroom had air conditioning, and the three bathrooms were super convenient for a group like ours. The villa gave us privacy, but was still close to the Marina, restaurants and shops. Even when we had caterers come round they made comments about it and said ‘goodluck- you will find nothing works in this house’. The balcony doors are broken and you can’t open the only access to air for certain rooms. The bathrooms are all cracked and there’s no amount of cleaning that will make them better. The company asks for an excessive deposit ‘incase of breakages’ but to be honest I am not sure what they are protecting . They pick and choose the deposit amount based on your age and style of group so isn’t consistent across everyone. ##### francesca g.
