Highlights of this villa (aside from its highly desirable location so close to the beach) include modern conveniences such as air conditioning, WiFi, heated pool and a secluded landscaped garden. A major plus is the downstairs games room room sporting a large plasma TV, DVD player and surround sound system, pool table, darts and other games. There are four en suite bedrooms on the first floor (two double, two twin bedded), two of which have private terraces, one to the front and one to the rear of the building. ACCOMMODATION Ground Floor: Hallway leading to living room with fireplace, TV, DVD, dining room. Guest WC. Kitchen with separate breakfast area.
