"The staff was great! The place was clean and in a good location. Great place to relax WiFi was too weak to work in our room, and staff said there was nothing they could do about it. That was the only downside."

"The hotel is very clean and modern. Our room had a nice view. It's very close to the Aquashow. We were travelling as a group of 3, two adult friends and a ten-year-old child. The 3rd bed in our room was a flop-out chair bed, very unsuitable. This was replaced with a camp bed on wheels, which was, needless to say, also very uncomfortable and unsuitable for an adult. We were allowed to stay on site for the remainder of the day following check out. "

"Fantastic yet again! We’re often travelling to Quinta do Lago and always stay at the Conrad. The renovation to the the restaurant, reception and poolside is beautifully done. Thanks to all at the Conrad Algarve. We’ll see you again."

"The hotel is in a great location, however there are many online reviews that claim the sun sets over the sea - it doesn’t. The sunsets were beautiful, but the sun went down over land not sea. The staff were really nice. The hotel had bikes for rent - but when we tried to rent them we were told they weren’t safe snd they were awaiting a new delivery. Not really a problem but why not remove the bike with the sign saying “rent me”? "

"Everything you expect from a 5* hotel. Only thing is it’s a bit out of the way with no local amenities (apart from a new pizzeria nearby) but only a short uber ride to the marina. "
