First floor primary bedroom features an updated Carrera marble bathroom, spacious walk-in closet with new washer and dryer. The primary bedroom walks out to the rear patio which features a high end Jacuzzi hot tub that seats 5-6\. The rest of the first floor features an open floor plan with a both a formal and informal living room. A large dining room, updated kitchen with Sub Zero fridge and GE Monogram appliances.
