We had to leave because of bed bugs. Within the first 10 minutes of being in the room my daughter was bitten by bed bugs and found them on the bedding

Our stay was overall great! The room was clean and comfortable. The employee at cgeck in was very nice. We loved the kitchenette and the sofa. The door for the bathroom was not lockable and had gaps that could be seen through. It was the only negative that we really had.

The property was good but had the worst breakfast food I’ve ever had in my 30 years of travel. I was there for several days and it never got better. We loved the hotel but most likely will stay somewhere else next year because of the nasty breakfast.

pretty good place just be prepared for loud airplanes because they are beside the airport the staff was great and i texted them several times and they got back to me in a timely manner and tried to fix any issues

This is our first time staying at Staybridge and it was a very nice experience. The continental breakfast was quite lovely and a very wide selection and customization. The lobby and halls were clean and well lit. The halls were a bit loud, however, after about 10pm it was quiet. You can hear the planes land in the near by airport, but after the first night, I didn’t really notice it. For the pros: rooms were very clean. The kitchen was spacious and came with a dishwasher. The fridge had an automatic ice maker in the freezer. And the part that impressed me the most is that the bathroom was equipped with Dove products. The cons: The bathroom was a sliding door. It wasn’t a problem for me and my partner, however may be more of a privacy issue for families or friends sharing a room. Also, the TV is placed next the bed, which made it a bit awkward to watch TV while lying down. For me personally, there wasn’t a full length mirror in our room, which I use quite a bit. Overall, this hotel was quite nice, especially for the price. We stayed in a couple of hotels in Louisville over the years, but this one was very nice and we will be likely to use this place again in the future.

Great place. Stayed the weekend for a dog competition. My dog was welcome. Had a dog walk area and on the first floor so I could take him in and out easily. Parking was right by the door. Staff were super helpful even printed some course maps for me. Room was clean comfortable with kitchen/table/ sitting area and great bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with great coffee. We did dinner delivery which worked out great. Will be back soon.

We noticed baby roaches in our room once we were packing up and leaving. We notified the employee at the counter before leaving. Overall the hotel was very clean. Pillows were flat and could be replaced or maybe add a couple more to the bed to stack them.

We were just passing through on a long car trip over the holidays. Hotel was conveniently located off the freeway. We enjoyed having 2 Queens and a pull out Queen to spread out. The kitchenette came in handy for our door dash order. Hotel was clean beds were comfortable and breakfast had plenty to choose from. Staff was polite and timely.

Great Room—but cockroaches and ants
The hotel overall was nice. The room was very well organized and seem clean. When we checked in the next morning we had ants on the counter in our room and that evening we found cockroaches in the bathroom. That is a pet peeve for me when I stay somewhere is cleanliness and no insects.

I LOVED this hotel! Beautiful, modern kitchenette with everything you need to prepare and cook a meal. COMFORTABLE beds. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was wonderful! I would give this hotel a 10 and would definitely recommend! 😀

Great place to stay.
Your room was great, it was clean and well maintained. Other than being right below the airport approach it was reasonably quiet. Be aware that the airport is the UPS hub and therefore there are lots of large airplanes flying in in the middle of the night. Breakfast could be better it was consistent bagged scrambled eggs sausage potatoes and assorted fruit. But it never changed over the three nights we were there.

The hotel is nice staff is friendly but the proximity to the air port makes it super loud at night. It didnt bother me but it did my husband, if your a light sleeper probably not ideal

Our first stay at this facility. We were in town for the North American Livestock Expo. Staybridge was conveniently located and had a reasonable price. The facility seemed in great condition, the room was roomy and comfortable. Their breakfast had a good variety. Would most definitely stay here again!!
