The Space: Experience southern hospitality and city skyline views as you relax in modern amenities: oversized living room with big screen smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in closets, king bed with luxury linens, ensuite washer and dryer, high ceilings, and concrete floors. 0.1 miles to 4th Street Live, the neighborhood's entertainment, restaurant, and cocktail hub 0.8 miles to Whiskey Row, the heart of Louisville's bourbon tourism 0.5 miles to Kentucky International Convention Center 3.6 miles to Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby 4.0 miles to Kentucky Expo Center Guest Access: You'll use a key fob to enter the building and take the elevator to your floor during your stay. The apartment has a Yale smart lock keypad for self check-in with a code that is unique to your stay and expires after you check out for added security and peace of mind. A few blocks further, you'll find the trendy neighborhoods of NuLu and Butchertown, both packed with art galleries, cafes, and boutiques Getting Around: We're in the historic Henry Clay Building at 604 S 3rd St, in the heart of downtown Louisville. Access the building by turning into the Clay Commons Parking Garage entrance, just past the Hilton on Chestnut St. There is a loading zone to your left past the Hilton valet before you enter the gates to the public garage, with a large Henry Clay sign to the right of wooden doors-- feel free to park in front of the doors with flashers on while you follow the check-in instructions and unload your luggage. We offer paid onsite parking to guests for $15/night. You'll have access to the secure garage directly underneath the building, where you can access the building and take the elevator directly to your floor! If you've paid for onsite parking, instructions will be included in the check-in instructions in your personalized Boarding Pass. The Clay Commons Parking Garage at 350 W Chestnut St is another parking option adjacent to the building for $25/night, but there are plenty of other garages or paid street parking in the area. Other Things to Note: Need extra bedding? We don't charge extra guest fees, but we do offer a pull-out sleeper sofa. Let us know if you plan to use it, and we’ll leave extra linens, a blanket, and pillows in your room before you check in.
