SLEEPING NOTES/EXCEPTIONS;
Beds available include; 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Pullout Queen beds, 1 Twin size day bed, and 1 loft bed with multiple configurations available but minimally sized as a twin. Roughly 14 sleeping spaces currently available as is, if you added air mattresses, you could have even more options. We do not encourage large bookings, and have a rule of 8 guests max, but there is room here if needed. (Perfect booking for enjoyment: 3 couples/parties, as each would have their own suite in the house.)(Maximum overnight booking per rules, 8 people)(Options for more)
THE SPACE!;
This fully renovated and exceptionally curated three bedroom (private suites), plus three and a half bath 5000 plus square foot home is perfect for your family or group. Featuring high end finishes and fixtures throughout. The stunning and spacious living room and event space is great for socializing and relaxing (sleeper sofa in this space as well). The adjoining full kitchen has lots of cabinets and enough counter space for cooking. There is a unique atrium adjoining the other side of the kitchen.
The three main entertainment spaces (Main room, Kitchen, and indoor courtyard) feature large scale art, decor and dining fair. Also a 65’ Samsung Frame TV provides an immersive art and television experience. Great spaces for small band set up, DJ set up, office parties, or other small events.
The first floor bedroom has a king bed and a sofa sleeper and has its own secluded wing of the property.
The second floor has two full bedrooms with en-suites and the full service laundry area. The larger of the two bedrooms upstairs features two queen beds and an elevated loft space with cozy options for additional hangs and sleeps (one sleeper sofa and room for inflatable if desired), the second bedroom has a king bed and a day bed (room for inflatable if desired).
The bedroom and suite situation here makes this space ideal for 3 couples and/or 3 families, and/or 3 individuals and/or any combination of those with privacy provided for each of the three parties with the perfect layout with the 3 main suites!
The home is located in-between the prime areas of NULU, Whisky Row, and Waterfront Park. There are many of the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Louisville has to offer within walking distance. Many other popular areas are just a short drive or uber ride away.
Oversized garage with digital key pad access can fit an oversized vehicle, or 2-4 cars pending sizes.

It is understood that when booking this space that there are multiple venues, and activities adjacent to and near this location. Other neighbors include residential condos, event spaces, parking lots, stadiums, restaurants, clubs and bars. Clubs and Bars in Louisville are able to remain open until 4am. While mostly secluded and quiet, we recommend ear plugs for light sleepers!

The East Market District of downtown, also referred to as NuLu (New Louisville) is becoming known for unique art galleries, specialty stores, antique shops and a growing number of local restaurants. "Thrillist" even named NuLu one of the 18 Best Food Neighborhoods in America.
On the first Friday of the month, hop aboard a ZeroBus for the First Friday Hop. It’s an all-in-one art show, shopping adventure and street party.
Try your hand at Louisville's only axe throwing venue, Flying Axes.
For craft brew devotees, try the bourbon barrel ale at Goodwood Brewing Company.
For a heart-thumping adventure, try indoor rock climbing at Climb NuLu.
Unwind at Garage Bar (housed in a former auto service garage) with a cold draft, bottled craft beer, Bourbon, seasonal cocktail or wine. The casual spot serves up pizzas from a wood-fired brick oven. In warm weather, ping pong tournaments are in full swing outside.
Getting Around:
This location is perfect for walking around, the oversized garage is great, but you likely won’t need your car here! Uber, Lyft and public transit are all easy to get as well.

The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals and features cookware, cooking utensils, dinnerware and flatware. Some basic items are provided. We do suggest bringing any "must have" items with you.
Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning? We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am, but you can check-in as early as 1:00pm and out as late as 12:00pm. We charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour.

Everything about this stay was above excellence. Our host was always available, quick to respond, and very accommodating. My husband and I were traveling with our daughters and some of their teammates for a tournament and this property was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and we loved the decor. I loved that we could park in the garage at night too. The neighborhood was quiet both morning and night with local places to dine within walking distance. I know we got an absolute deal when we booked but would Love to stay here again in the future should we travel back next year with our team. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our stay comfortable.
Great time in Louisville. The property was very large and we have several rooms to congregate. Could have used a couple of more beds for the size of the property, so no one has to sleep on couch/futons.
Great place. Attentive host. Had a blast at this location! Near perfect place for our trip.Some minor comments meant for improvement.Confused by advertisement of 4 bedrooms when really only three bedrooms.Need to assure coffee situation before check-in. One coffee maker lacked its coffee pot. The other coffee maker still had spent grounds in its top section.Could use more hand towels in kitchen and wash clothes in bathrooms. One bedroom tv lacked control of volume.Overall, I would recommend this location with high enthusiasm and with a few slight improvements would be perfect!
Wow! Beautiful property with lots of well designed space, high end appliances, great artwork, high ceilings and plenty of skylights. Even better than the pictures! Walking distance to Whiskey Row, Louisville Slugger, NULU, and more. Great host, very responsive and accommodating.
Wonderful stay - excellent communication. Our multigenerational family enjoyed the large bedrooms, ample shared space and excellent off street parking. We fit a mini van, SUV, and a car in the garage. Walking distance to everything important in the area. Communication with the host was unparalleled, can’t wait to stay here again!
We visited Louisville to experience Churchill Downs and Bourbon! We were highly successful at both objectives. Our stay at this excellent, comfortable home made the trip even more special. The space is magnificent and very comfortable! A major plus is the excellent location! We parked our car in the attached garage and walked everywhere with the exception of Churchill Downs which we visited after we landed on Friday our Bourbon tour on Saturday where we hired a driver/guide. The location was great for visiting other Bourbon places in downtown Louisville as well as visiting some great restaurants close by. We all highly recommend this great space! Anyone who has the pleasure of staying here will thoroughly be delighted!!
