Conveniently located, Clean & Comfortable, with friendly, helpful staff. Both the hotel and our room were very well kept, clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was ample, clean and comfortable as well and the staff made sure the area stayed clean and that the options for food were kept well stocked and fresh.

The stay was adequate. Noisy, some strange smells, but bed was clean and comfy. Felt safe and was convenient to freeway. Good for a 1 night while traveling as a place to sleep.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Good standard breakfast options. Room was clean. Excellent water pressure! Very convenient to I 71 and Louisville as well as dining and shopping near hotel. Was glad for the "continuous fan" option on the heating unit since without it on we could hear every conversation in the hall.

When we checked in, we asked about breakfast time. We were told it started at 6 a.m. we got up early to head out on our journey and went down for breakfast before 6:30. We were told it does not start til 7 on weekends. One lady appeared annoyed we were there and very abrupt. (We were disappointed as we had a very long drive ahead of us, but not rude or unfriendly. We knew it was not their fault we were given incorrect information.)We left without breakfast. Obviously the girl on check in desk made a mistake, but she was friendly and helpful. Also the shower was running from freezing cold to scalding hot. Otherwise the place was great. Comfortable clean and quiet.

Nice and easy to get to off of I-71, great place to stay if you're a rail fan for the trains in town! Snacks machine wasn't working, which was a bit of a bummer. Water pressure was insane but unfortunately the sink I had was the worst draining sink I've ever encountered lol! Little older of a place, but I'd consider staying there again.

The hotel was great for a one night stop not a long term destination. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was amazing. However the plumbing was unique in that there was a high pitched squeal when flushing the toilets and turning on the water in the sink. It was also heard in our room from neighboring bathrooms. The walls were a bit thin. The room was dated but clean which is the most important aspect in my opinion.

When you walk into the lobby to check in, the aroma of weed is very obvious. The shower walls were laced with mold. It looks like they add layers of caulk over prior areas of mold, instead of taking care of the issue. The water runs out the bottom of the sink about as quick as it runs out the faucet. As for the shower head, well that’s a cheap set up that has 2 options of spray. This hotel is definitely not one I would recommend, and has enforced my decision to never stay at another Best Western. It seems Best Western is not caring of their properties or customers.

Really dirty, don't trust those saying is clean, it's not, i found bugs in my room, carpets dirty and horrible smell, people smoking weed all around. Stay away. Short staffed, they are kind though.

The staff was wonderdul and friendly. It always smells clean. The breakfaat is delicious. The room was clean. Only complaint was the build up of trash by the back door on the pool side.

Pleasantly surprised!
My statbwas unexpected and last minute. So my mindset was I'll be lucky to find a room. Using the app, ive learned pics are easy to edit. This hotel exceeded the pics and the staff was on point at 1AM when i checked in. Breakfast was good as expected. Was close to interstate and gas stations.

It was an extremely hot day so we searched out best western locations with a pool. Booked here and got to our room, unpacked and with bathing suits on headed for the pool. It was empty and under repair. Nothing was posted on their website. I was told by the front desk, Bree that was awesome, the only way to get our money back since we were leaving was to talk to the Manager Nicole. I'm about to call. I hope this process will be simple, if not....no more Best Westerns for me
