The kitchen was well stocked and the table easily accommodated our large group. The location could not be any better as it is located in the very heart of the city, surrounded by museums, parks, great restaurants and of course, bourbon bars, all walking distance. We were with our 3 adult children and spouses to celebrate a long weekend drinking some good Bourbon. The suites take up the 4th and 5th floors with 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and 4/5 share a bathroom. There are 3 common areas a huge kitchen table and bar stools. The outside deck is private and excellent. The pro\[rrty. Anger Eric was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The location is great as we walked everywhere (Except to NuLu). We ate at Crows, Merles, Mussel and Birger Bar, Guacamole and Proof on Main. All great spots. Highly recommend staying at this property. ##### Bob M. It’s spacious, comfortable and pretty clean. The location is outstanding, walkable to downtown restaurants and bars. Four of the bedrooms have private bathrooms and a fifth bedroom does not. There are three sitting areas and a nice rooftop patio. The kitchen is well equipped. I think it’s a perfect spot for four couples to share. Great common areas, and yet the bedrooms are spaced apart for privacy. The largest bedroom upstairs had nowhere to hang our clothes, which was very inconvenient. Also, check all the bathrooms for equal distribution of towels as we only had two in our bathroom and no washcloths. I figured that out at the end of the trip when we were doing a sweep to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind. There are parking garages nearby but we were able to park on the street right by the condo. The property manager, Eric, was easy to work with and there was good communication.
