I liked the staff. They were helpful. However, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the spa. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive to the hotel and get checked in until about 7:15 or 7:30. I immediately went to the spa for a soak and sauna but discovered it closed at 8:00. I couldn’t use the pool as I didn't have a bathing cap. I could use the hot tub but half the jets didn’t work. I never made it into the sauna or steam room.
Breakfast was included, which is lovely. The meal was good but I had to pay extra for smoked salmon. I also found the parking to have very limited space. It was difficult to maneuver in such limited space.
