From the moment we arrived, all staff was very helpful and willing to help make sure our stay was pleasant. We had an excellent room view and conditions. The only recommendation we have is more night guest entertainment and believe needs to be better.

I wouldn’t say this is a 5star hotel, it’s more like a 3. The actual grounds is what make it beautiful, the palm trees and ambiance. The rooms are outdated and smell funny sometimes like a sewer. Our phone in the room never worked and I brought it up to reception and nothing was done. So we couldn’t order room service or God forbid a call if we had an emergency. Towels were scarce and I had to go to reception to get my own as well as toilet paper. The food was nothing sort of amazing, not many options and my GOD the flies everywhere ALL OVER THE FOOD. Hopefully management can improve the food quality and safety. I really wish we would’ve had a more pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this resort did not meet the standards I expected. I experienced several issues: Cleanliness: The area underneath the bed had not been properly cleaned. Noise: Outside music could clearly be heard inside my room due to poor sound insulation. Key card: I had to reset or reactivate my room key card five times. Backyard door: The door was difficult to close properly and appeared to require maintenance. Food Quality: During the main dining hours, the meat was frequently undercooked or not properly prepared.
