The master bedroom on the upper floor has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is easily reached by a wide and comfortable staircase. The second bedroom is located on the first floor where you will also find the second bathroom and the open space of double height up to 5 meters that houses the kitchen, dining room and living room. In the kitchen there is a large fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, hob, nespresso, washer-dryer and dishwasher. From the living room you have easy access to the terrace and the garden. The outdoor space can be enjoyed during most of the year even during the colder months. The townhouse can be connected to the adjoining townhouse through a door that connects the terraces for larger groups. Connecting the two townhouses creates a maximum capacity of 12 persons.
