The main issue we had is that the water was turned off anhour or so before the check out time. We don't know if this was done deliberately to prompt us to leave or if it was a coincidence. It was awkward and uncomfortable because we were still preparing for our onward trip (e.g. fill water bottles, showering, etc) "

"Very big hotel. With lots of activities. What’s disappointing is the fees for adding a person to the room. It’s very expensive and if you ask any amenities that are not in the room, there is a charge. Not happy with that. "

"My family has pretty high standards when it comes to hotels and I was afraid that this would be a little bit below them. But we absolutely loved it. Great hotel, great area great services we like to get out and explore and it was perfect for that, but it also seems to be an ideal place for people who just want to go on vacation and not even leave the hotel.
