I booked this hotel for two nights, but unfortunately decided not to stay for the second night.
The staff was very friendly and, when I explained that I was uncomfortable with my first room, they kindly moved me to another one with a street-facing window. I appreciated their effort.
However, I found the hotel quite claustrophobic overall. The rooms are small, the first room faced the interior of the building, and the second room had no working Wi-Fi. The shower drain was also clogged.
I explained immediately upon arrival that I was going through a difficult personal moment and was feeling particularly uncomfortable. I asked whether they could offer any reasonable alternative for the second night — a partial refund, credit, voucher, or any other compromise. Unfortunately, they refused any kind of flexibility.
I understand cancellation policies, but given the circumstances and the fact that I asked for a compromise rather than a full refund, I found this lack of flexibility disappointing and somewhat discourteous.
The staff was kind, but unfortunately the hotel itself did not suit me, and the handling of the second night left a negative impression.
