The only thing I would complain about is the poor dog next to our hotel, chained to a tree, crying all day and throughout the night. The staff should do something about this, made my stay very sad when listening to that poor animal.

The staff were amazing. Loved the quaint and cozy room. It had everything we needed for 10 days. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of every day. Traffic was noisy at peak times (rush hour) but quiet otherwise. Restaurant staff were 10/10… we ended up eating breakfast there several days ...

Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive
The rooms were clean, I don’t think they change the bed sheets very often. Too noisy for us , to many young drunken people, we’ll be going to an adult resort next time, the only reason we went there was the price. The staff was good and helpful called the night before for a bell boy to get our luggage ...

Marquis Los Cabos, An All Inclusive, Adults Only & No Timeshare Resort
Pool side extremely comfortable- waitstaff can be slow with service and often forget about order when asked a few times. We always tipped very well regardless. I am hoping this improves for future customers
