The rooms are relatively basic but clean and tidy. It's literally on the beach so you can't argue about access to the beach, but in the evening there is nothing nearby in terms of bar/restaurant other than one downstairs which closed early when we visited. We ended up driving into Aguilas to find dinner.

We received an upgrade to room 403, it had a picture perfect view! Staff was great! We stopped here to spend the night on a drive from Tarifa to Barcelona, we ended up staying 2 night!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Windham hotel. The service and overall condition of the room, with the exception of the great reception provided by the person at check in, were really lousy, Since since I got in very late, almost at midnight, I didn’t even bother to ask for a room change, since I was checking out also early. When I got into the room, I felt a strong sewer like smell. After checking, I realized the toilet was the issue, since it was broken. The toilet itself, was not cemented to the ground, and therefore it moved and provided this smell the Room had. The other issue was that the drainw from the sink was also a little bit clogged, since the water ran down very slowly, as well. The The other aspect that was not very pleasant, is that this is the smallest room I have found in a Windham chain hotel. it was really small for any standard. So once again, I was going to give this experience, a score of one over five, but decided to raise it a little bit, because of the good service provided by the person check in.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and temperature perfect.

Great one night stay, staff at check in were really helpful and friendly - gave good recommendations for places to eat. Room was well air conditioned and beds were a decent size and comfortable.
