8.8/10 Excellent! (257 reviews)
The hotel is okay for a business trip but is located very close to several main roads so
you hear the traffic noise. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. The water supply stopped during our stay for nearly 24 hours and the hotel were poor on providing any information. My wife had to ask for some drinking water which the staff were unwilling to provide until she insisted. The other issue was the toilets couldn't be flushed so there was a bad smell around the hotel.
The breakfast selection was good and the pool area and bar nice.
On check-out there was no acknowledgement of the water issue and no one asked how our stay had been. It was just okay at best.
So we would visit the area again but we won't be using this hotel!

Dated but comfortable. Our room had complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb and shoe shine but our daughter's had nothing so its the luck of the draw. Restaurant only open for breakfast. One of the
receptionists was very helpful, the younger one not so much.Would stay there again as the price is competitive.
