Salentein winery in Mendoza, Argentina. Salentein is one of the largest wine producers in the Mendoza wine region. Located in Uco Valley, it is an hour and a half drive from the city of Mendoza, but coming here is worth the drive. Salentein has one of the largest, most interesting wine cellars in the region and is definitely worth the visit for wine lovers. We had such a peaceful stay at Posada Salentein. The rooms are very quiet and generously sized. Beds are comfy. The restaurant was lovely with a fabulous breakfast selection offered each morning.
