We requested an iron and ironing board and they arrived within 5 minutes. All the staff members we interacted with were very nice, welcoming, helpful, professional, some of the best we have ever experienced. This hotel offers an affordable alternative to the more expensive places in downtown LA. It's a very short walk to the Grand Central Market and a short easy walk to the Walt Disney Concert Hall and Little Tokyo. However we were awake every night between midnight and 2 am due to extremely loud speeding engines very close to the hotel. I'm sure this won't last forever but if you can sleep with earplugs bring them just in case."
