Nearby Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Honda Center, Angel Stadium & Pio Pico State Historic Park. Great family community, nearby Penn Park is just .07 miles away. Really enjoyed this conveniently located apartment across the street from Whittier college. If you are visiting your student or needing to visit the college, this location is perfect. This one bedroom is clean and so cute. The full kitchen has many useful appliances and condiments. I was able to cook breakfasts and prepare some lunches saving money and allowing us to have nice dinners out. We were there when there was a heat wave and the fans and air conditioners kept us comfortable. Kim was so responsive and helpful with instructions on how to get in and where to put trash and recycled trash. We can’t wait to visit again and stay at this amazing place.

Hi future travellers, I must say that this place and the hosts Kim and Van were extremely considerate about our late arrival in particular and our kids and with other common necessities in general. There were cupboards stacked with dry, canned food, 3 different varieties of coffee, hot chocolate, varied types of teas, and the fridge had freezies, beer, various kinds of condiments, and so much more. Besides, so many different kinds of scented candles were lying in the bedroom and the toilet. They were so kind, that they even gave us coins for the laundry, complementary. Simple tools like pairs of scissors, bottle openers, zip loc bags, etc were easily available...u name it. Additionally, they didn't forget to keep in touch every other day to ask if we needed anything. Thank you very much indeed Kim and Van!This place is a 5* place, a home away from home, a place where there is warmth and the hosts seemed to have known what anyone could have ever wanted.

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Clean, close to the college and town. They had so many amazing extras which was so convenient. Definitely be back!
