We are a 5 minute walk to the Gold Line Metro which can take you to Union Station, the Hollywood Bowl, Staples Center and the beach as well as numerous other sought after destinations in and around Los Angeles and Hollywood. We are right off of the famous and historic Route 66 where the original Fair Oaks Pharmacy and Soda fountain sits since 1905\. We are about 2 miles to the Rose Parade starting point and float line-up and the Rose Bowl. We have a nice selection of restaurants, in our little town, and even our own Irish pub for imbibing your favorite beverage or to enjoy some live entertainment. Dodger stadium is a short distance by car or ride-share and is right next to Chinatown. Quiet location with off-street parking. Many restaurants a short walk away. Our week long stay was so very enjoyable! Michelle and Kenny were superb, attentive, and friendly hosts who made our stay stress free! We have stayed in local hotels in prior years, but found our stay here so much better than those. Just what I needed for 2 people. Clean, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. Was in walking distance of nice restaurants, coffee and bars. Everything else was a short Uber ride away. This wonderful place is so perfect, it makes a delightful stay in south Pasadena. The apartment has everything you need. Great for a couple! Just a short walk to great coffee (Jones) and really great food—especially breakfast: the Harvest Grill. Walking around the neighborhood is also a pleasure. Very quiet and comfortable. Description and photos are accurate. Clean, comfortable, secure and convenient. Michelle is a wonderful host. This was my second time here as a solo traveler. For 3 weeks it was my home away from home while visiting family and friends. Having your own washer and dryer is an extra plus. The location is perfect in historic S.Pasadena and very walkable to great restaurants, shops, coffee houses and the train. I plan to book again next year. ##### Jennifer M. The tree house was darling, impeccably clean, with very comfortable furnishings and cute decor. The location is perfect for exploring South Pasadena on foot. It was great to be able to leave our car behind and head out to the shops on Mission Street, Julienne’s for breakfast, happy hour at The Raymond and food shopping at Bristol Farms. Vroman’s Bookstore and Old Town Pasadena are a short (and direct) car ride away. We loved being able to sit on the deck in the evenings. We enjoyed our visit immensely and look forward to a return visit in late winter 2019. ##### Martha S. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and an Irish pub. It was everything advertised and more. Very clean, beautiful accessories and everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and so were the accommodations. King bed, very comfortable, washer/dryer, well supplied kitchen , off street parking!!!
