About this space
An Oasis .. a Rare Gem, w/ a Las Vegas style Pool & Jacuzzi, only 6 mins from LAX. Ideal for 1 / 2 guests, the 1 bedroom unit is a beautifully renovated pool house, with hardwood floors, brand new kitchen & bath, and thoughtful design. The Kitchen, surrounded by windows & light, has an indoor / outdoor feel. The full bath offers a slate floor, a skylight & a spacious shower. The unit includes an 80" curved TV, a sitting area, desk, walk-in closet, and full access to the outdoor areas & laundry.
The space
This is a private 850 sq ft, 1 bedroom pool house, that sits on the back of our property. We are a family of 4, with 2 kids, and we live in the main house in the front. Your access will be down the driveway and through a locked gate. You will not have access to the home, with the exception of doing laundry. You may use the pool and jacuzzi as often as you wish. We try to take advantage of it in the summers, especially. Nights will be quiet here. The neighborhood is wonderful and we all go to sleep early. The kids are in school M-F. You may her them coming home after 4:30 week days and on weekends. We are a very warm and friendly family and we would prefer to host family / kid friendly guests. This space is a true Oasis. It's hard to find something this special and stunning in LA. Trust us, you will be amazed. Oh and this neighborhood is safe, sweet and offers ample free and safe street parking.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the pool house, as described above. Guests will also have full access to the pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor shower, and outdoor sitting areas. Guest will have access to the laundry machines inside the house, upon our approval. Guests, otherwise, will not have access to the inside of our home, and no access to park in our driveway.
Other things to note
Because this is our family home, we may host a party or gathering during your stay. For example, we may host one of our kid's birthday parties or a holiday dinner / brunch. In these cases, we will give you notice.
