This property is cozy and clean. And it has all the amenities of being at home. It is very comfortable for two people or a small family. I stayed with my mother who has limited mobility. It was perfect for the two of us. It was easy to care for her there. Parking is hard to find in the greater L.A. area. The parking for this unit is right in front of the door. This made getting my mom in and unloading our things a breeze! This location is very close to Pacific Coast Highway and just minutes from major freeways. This is roughly 20 minutes away from some of the nicest beaches and views in SoCal. We visited family in Carson (10 minute drive) and Long Beach (20 minute drive). The owner has very easy instructions available. So the property was easy to find and all amenities were easy to use. He is also very kind and responds quickly if you have any questions or concerns.
