We stayed here five days as a family who was going to theme parks. The location was perfect and it was private and quiet. The house has so many amenities! Thanks for a great vacation. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed out stay at both the studio and upstairs room. Parking was easy and communication with owner was good. Carpet under bed could be cleaner, but overall we were happy with our stay.

Nice place. Nice neighborhood. I like how the one bedroom is separate from the house. Kinda like your own hotel room with bathroom and mini fridge. It sure was nice to get away from the noisy family at night.

The property is in a wonderful spot, the accomodations are cozy and the pool is awesome! You can't get more central and honestly the place is perfect if you want a bit of privacy between two parties. The communication with the host is wonderful she is so sweet and friendly. Book this place for sure!!!

Best place to stay if you are visiting LA. Everything is perfect. The pool, the room, the kitchen, the shower and girls leave you're hairdryer and curling iron at home.... It is there!!!! No need to get bottles of water, there is a thing that clears you're tap water. And the shower was the best we had in month...... Thx you Lisa for making us feel welkom and at home. We had a great time staying at the Hollywood Dell property. We stayed with our two teenage daughters. The separate “treehouse” suite worked well with older children. The outdoor space was lovely and we enjoyed the pool. Awesome central location. Easy to get to Dodger game, Venice beach and fun restaurants in West Hollywood. Would stay here again!

Great stay with our college aged kids for a week. Loved the central location as we visited various parts of LA for a week. Coming home every afternoon to a private oasis in a quiet neighborhood was fantastic. The two separate rooms work out great to give our older children some space if their own. Parking right on the street was plentiful. Would absolutely stay again.

Lisa was a great host and very responsive. The property was unique, very clean, and nicely decorated. Due to the weather, we unfortunately did not get to take advantage of the cute outdoor chill spots including the pool, however we were still very comfortable for the duration of our stay. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I, and another couple stayed here for four nights recently. It was an amazing trip, made all the better by this rental and the host. Super easy check in and out, amazing location mere minutes walk from Hollywood Bowl, and short drives to pretty much everything else. Super secluded, wouldn’t even know there are other houses crammed right around it. Mornings on the front deck with coffee and donuts were great, and evenings with drinks in the hot tub and pool just capped it all off. Would 100% rent from Lisa again!

Unique property. Really clean. Kitchen is tiny but functional. Upstairs room is a separate unit than living and kitchen area so be aware of that if you have small children. It was perfect for our family with young teens. Host was very responsive and reliable.

Lisa is a lovely and communicative host. We were comfortable and relaxed staying at her place. Hollywood Dell winds up and around, but her place was easy access to freeway, easy for parking and not up the winding part of the hill; also private & quiet. There was not a lot of expectations for us; simple and clear check-in, check out instructions and pool etiquette. Two of our adult Sons and one of their girlfriends enjoyed time with us inside and outside by the pool and on the patio. We would stay again.
