It was very clean. The rooms were clean, but were clean. Restrooms were clean. Overall I strongly recommend this place. The only downside is the location other than that amazing place to stay.

The Staff were professional and on top of things. Though, the pool was not available due to renovations. The hotel did well by emailing and text messaging to notify you. It did not bother me that it was Closed, since this time around I did not have time to leisure around a pool. The hotel is clean, the restaurant foods could have more of a selection rather than bar food like. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable & toiletries were nice. Downfall - Pool Closed, area questionable (close to freeways), disappointing that there is a charge for parking (shouldn't this be free as a guest of the hotel). & not because other hotels are charging, why don't Holiday Inn follow suit.

Staff was very kind during breakfast we needed a highchair with a buckle and they went out of there way to find it, and everything was extremely clean. They even setup a crib for us with a blanket for the baby.

We stayed here for the FIFA world cup. Not to far to Sofi which is like a 15 drive. I would have given it a 5 star if breakfast is already included but it was an option. But the restaurant has discounted rate. We still had breakfast there and paid. Staff at the restaurant were great especially Laura. The food was very good kinda asian and american breakfast. Over all it was a nice location and plenty of parking.
