Kitchen includes a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, pots, pans, a variety of glasses, coffee mugs, dinnerware and flatware. The dining area includes a beautiful solid wood table big enough to fit everyone comfortably while enjoying your meals. Game room: Enjoy a full-sized pool table, poker table table and beer-pong table. We also offer cards and board games for a fun game night with friends or family. Gym: Enjoy an exercise bike and a 5lb weight The four bedrooms feature a California king size bed/ 3 bedrooms with a queen size bed / . Each bed can sleep 2 people. They feature extremely comfortable new deal pillow top mattresses. air mattress provide (2 people) each bedroom has an Alexa speaker so you can enjoy from music, wake alarm clock and etc. The house has 2.5 bathrooms. The master bathroom is attached to the bedroom. Bathrooms come fully equipped with body and hand towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. The house is completely private so you will be able to enjoy the private space. Parking: two spots available in the driveway, 5 parking spots in the front of the house and tons of street parking (no street cleaning limitations). LA is known for having the best weather, but the central air conditioning system ensures you are always comfortable anywhere in the house during all seasons. There is a A/C central for the entire house and for each bedroom has his own A/C unit. The property is equally suited for business or leisure. We made every effort to ensure your comfort during the stay and hope the property is one of the highlights of your trips!
