The location is fantastic, in a really beautiful neighborhood in Silverlake; I walked to dinner at Bacari on Sunset Saturday night -- it was only a half mile and a lovely walk. I was worried I would feel claustrophobic in a studio, but that was not the case. There is a huge, lovely deck/patio, and the design of the studio makes it feel larger than it is. The kitchen is surprisingly well stocked - I had everything I needed, and I do tend to cook even when I travel. And that loft bed - I don't really know why, but that bed is wonderful. I slept better there than I do at home. Kari, the owner, is easily available, and check in was super easy. I travel to LA every month for work and have stayed in a lot of rentals, and this one is A+.
