This place is absolutely amazing and I would stay here any time! Wendy, deep and Jim saved my as*! I thought I was going to be sleeping outside as the place I originally booked- stylish hostel- did not honour my stay- I showed up and no one was at the property and no one answered the door or the phone. After wondering around LA by myself, as a young female, for 4 hours and contacting Expedia/orbitz to help with my situation, Expedia set me up with this place and they were so helpful and accommodating! The room was clean and had everything needed, I am so grateful for them! Would highly recommend!

Great for families. The staff is very friendly and accommodating (printing stuff and mailing post for us). Room we were in was very clean, looked refurbished and had everything we needed. We felt like home. Will book with them again on our next trip. The Inn is on a clean and safe residential street in Koreatown. It's got a lot of bus stops around for easy access to downtown area or Citadel outlets (use Citadel's free bus line 600), or short Uber drive (prepare to pay extra $10 hidden booking fees on top of Uber price in the app). The Pico blvd. around the corner is full of excellent budget restaurants (besides Korean, you can try Salvadorian El Trabol's best in town Pupussas, and Mexican Tacos El Compita's delicious Tortas).

centrally located, and the staff were super friendly. our first night we didnt get any sleep as there was people making noise till 3am. if you just need R and R this is not the best place, but for the price its worth the location

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The bed sheets and blankets were very clean. My problems was that the drains in the basin and shower were clogged. I reported the problem but the next evening nothing had changed.

This property was ok, but the one major issue we had was a dresser in the room kept tipping over repeatedly. It knocked over a few drinks from just opening it.. the whole thing would tip over. It was really annoying.

The property was clean and well cared for. Staff was great. Location was close to places I wanted to go. My only complaint was other guests didn’t seem to realize it was a motel. Four of the five nights I stayed, I was woken by loud guests. Someone had their crying baby outside at 4 am. One dude was pacing and loudly telling someone if he’d only been given 30 days notice he could have fixed things and now needed to de-stress by pacing. Loud tv and laughing. Not the motel’s fault though.

Nice little comfortable place. No issues.
A little expensive for what it is, a neighborhood family motel. That being said though, it was perfectly nice. Bed was comfortable, pillows good, ac/heat worked fine, included a fridge, microwave, and tv. Perfect for a one-night stay if you're headed to the modern art museum or Academy museum in the A.M. VERY convenient to K-Town and the great restaurant choices there. Check-in was pleasant, and we got a perfect room right next to the outdoor smoking area. Recommended.
