Located a block from the infamous Ace Hotel; and rooftop pool, among several other surrounding restaurants and new sprawling downtown LA eateries! walking distance to everything!!! shops, restaurants museums, galleries, the tram/train station, little tokyo etc!!!! gorgeous corner unit views thru 6ft original windows!!
the loft faces the legendary Orpheum Theatre and and in the same unobstructed view faces the corner of 9th & broadway!
