She was always warm, friendly, and professional.The unit was exactly as described, with an unbeatable location (e.g., near the airport, studios, Hollywood), excellent amenities, and a clean and open feeling. The back yard was a fabulous place to have breakfast and catch the sunrise among the hummingbirds and mourning doves! Nice to have the peace of mind with the off-street parking as well, although the neighborhood felt totally safe walking to Bob's Big Boy at night for dinner.As others have noted, the beds were a bit soft and some sounds from upstairs can bleed through, but it's to be expected for this charming apartment built in the 40's.
