Nice Location in Santa Monica

Spacious, Well stocked, New, ample parking, ocean views from the balcony, great view of Santa Monica Mountains and Hollywood Hills from from the top deck; nice lounge area on the penthouse level; nice pool area. Plenty of sunshine.
