Thank you Tracy for your review. I’d like to address your comment regarding the quiet time hours. You messaged me before your stay regarding this rule and I explained both thru the message thread in writing along with verbally over the phone that we have had guests that are too loud and had no care for our neighbors during night hours. As to which you understood and agreed and ultimately had no problem with. I explained in depth what we mean by “quiet” outside and advised you that you are more than welcome to enjoy the backyard along with swimming but to keep the voice levels or music down to a minimum. At no point do we advise our guests to not enjoy the backyard during quiet time hours at all. We definitely have the pool table and foosball setup INSIDE to make sure our guests can have a great time not just outside but inside the home as well. Again, never do we say that enjoying the backyard and pool is NOT allowed at all during quiet time hours. We only ask to be mindful of the noise (voices and music) during these hours.
