"Everything was clean, staff is nice and friendly but they need to hire more staff for the amount of people that go there. Also 4 luggage carts for the hotel is not enough for that hotel. We never able to use one checking in or checking out of the hotel."

The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites, Los Angeles
"I was disappointed to find out the pool was off limits for the day because of a wedding. I reserved this hotel because I wanted to hangout in the pool. Check-in time is 3pm and I was checked in until 4pm. Restaurants were closed on 3 rd floor,steakhouse and bar were open. Not much to do in this ..."

Clementine Hotel & Suites Anaheim
"Traveling with a family of 4 with a baby. This room was dirty. My child discovered pincer bugs in the bathroom sink and shower was dirty. The carpet, couch, and bed smelled like musty feet and made it hard to sleep comfortably. Will not bing my kids here again at their request."
