The apartment is in a fully gated complex with three large communal pools and can only be accessed by key owners. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Consum) are only 5 minutes walk, the shallow water, sandy beach is just 12 minutes walk. The beautiful and colourful promenade is seven kilometres long and all along the paseo are plenty of bars, restaurants and children’s play areas.
