The phase 3 apartment looks directly onto the communal swimming pool, which is ideal if you wish to sit on the patio whilst the children play safely in the pool.
Since the apartment is on the ground floor it is easily accessible both for wheelchair use and for elderly guests.
There is a clubhouse with a good and varied menu and reasonably priced drinks.
The complex is only a few minutes drive from the award winning beaches of the Mar Menor with its pleasant promenade and views towards La Manga and surrounding area.
