They made my holiday as disappointing as they could, both you and the hotel, I booked a good room and they handed me something else, the dirty bathrooms and the room very different from the one they recommended me, I paid so much to go have a hard time in such a horrible place, I can say that it was a bad experience that I will not repeat or even want to book with you again as an agency because they say one thing and it turns out to be another. That they ruined my holiday.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people
