Welcome to the island of Rab, one of the sunniest spots on the Adriatic with over 2,500 hours of sunshine a year. Our villa is located in Lopar, in the north of the island – exactly where Croatia keeps its rare true sandy beaches.

Livačina sandy beach is just steps from the villa: fine sand and shallow, warm water – children can wade far out without it getting deep. A quick morning swim before breakfast, back to the beach with bucket and spade in the afternoon – no car, no packing, no hunting for a parking space.

The famous Rajska Plaža, Lopar's "Paradise Beach", is also within easy walking distance: almost two kilometres of fine sand and one of Croatia's best-known swimming bays. In total, more than 20 sandy and pebble coves await around Lopar, many of them quiet and unspoilt.

The villa itself is brand new and finished to a high standard: a modern kitchen with everything self-caterers need, 4 comfortable bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room and generous outdoor areas for barbecuing and unwinding after a day at the beach.
