The 75 m² apartment on the first floor offers space for up to six people and convinces with two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bright living area with corner sofa, which can be used as an additional sleeping option if needed. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, and the adjacent dining area invites you to spend time together.   
  
From the covered 15 m² south terrace, you have access to all living areas and enjoy the view of the well-maintained garden. Here you can spend relaxed hours or enjoy a barbecue evening outdoors with family and friends. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private washing machine provide additional comfort. Pets are welcome, however a small additional charge applies.   
  
The holiday apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the sandy beach - the nearest bathing opportunity is about 400 metres away, and the famous Paradise Beach is around 1 km away. Shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants are located directly in the centre of Lopar, just about 100 metres away. The quiet location in an idyllic residential area, surrounded by forests, also invites walks, cycling and hiking tours.
