Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Disaster. Nobody to let us into properly at arranged time. No working contact number to call. Holidays. Com left us high and dry and had to sort out our own alternative accommodation. Email us next day to say our accommodation was not available, what good was that. Please don't use hotel. Com as totally in adequate when things go wrong
